The Electric Vehicle Tipping Point

The Electric Vehicle tipping
point for mass adoption will
happen when consumers see
EVs as a viable alternative to
Internal Combustion Engines.
While there are a few factors at
play, meeting charging
demands is the key for opening
the door to an electrified future.

Urban Science believes the following items will elevate EVs to the convenience level of ICEs:

Speed

The ability to fast-charge (Direct Current, or DC charging) as fast as pumping gas.

Accessibility

Quickly access a charge through well-placed stations with adequate capacity.

Availability

Apartment dwellers will need reliable, convenient access to public charging before they can consider an EV.
