DETROIT, May 20, 2020—Urban Science has named Steve Conniff as the head of Enterprise Lead Management, effective immediately.

“Steve’s extensive expertise in the lead management space, paired with his industry knowledge, will be a huge asset to not only Urban Science, but, more importantly, to our clients,” said Greg Schocke, Vice President of Global Practice. “With him in this new role, Urban Science will be able to look for new opportunities to evolve and enhance our solution to ensure we are offering the best lead management platform for our clients.”

In this role, Steve will focus on evolving and enhancing Urban Science’s lead management practice, including lead acquisition, enhancement, delivery to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and its LeadView™ solution, providing detailed insights into lead quality and performance. He is responsible for the methodology, software design and development, quality control and training for all Urban Science lead management solutions.

Steve joined Urban Science in 2011 and has held positions of increasing management responsibilities, supporting automotive manufacturer clients with their lead management systems. Previously, Steve led Information Technology teams to design and implement large scale, complex lead management strategies, processes and CRM systems for various brand marketing and sales divisions of Ford Motor Company and Mazda.

Steve is based out of Urban Science’s Los Angeles, California office.
