What industry challenge/trend are you excited about right now?

The shift to Electric Vehicles ownership. Consumer selection process is different, competitive landscape is different, ownership models are different, servicing is different, residual values are different – ultimately it’s a revolutionary change to the industry that comes with new challenges to solve!

What do you see as the biggest opportunity for growth in your area of specialization right now?

Electric Vehicle ownership looks set to dominate. With increased competition arriving from China in particular, consumers will face a wide choice. There is an opportunity now for OEMs to become the brand of choice for years to come.

What is your favorite part of your job?

Applying data and scientific techniques to realworld business problems and delivering objective solutions to any challenge.

How do you approach solving client challenges?

First, I ensure I fully understand the problem that needs solving. Then I identify the appropriate solutions and techniques to solve the unique challenge at hand, utilizing the best combination of good data and scientific process.

What do you hope to accomplish in the future, professionally?

Continue to guide business growth and ensure the evolution of our solutions meet every new challenge our clients, and the industry face.
