During the session,  the group explored how the conversion gap has become the industry’s new battleground, highlighting the growing importance of understanding why customers defect during the buying journey.

Betsy, Michael and Michael shared insights into the data and behaviors behind lost sales, discussing how dealers can better identify breakdowns in the customer experience, uncover competitive trends and take more strategic action to improve conversion and retention.
