With several ultra-luxury and exotic dealerships having changed hands in recent months, one brand in particular has seen an increase in demand: Ferrari. Despite only having roughly 50 dealerships in the United States, these limited locations are being acquired with increasing frequency.

Tom Kondrat, Urban Science’s global lead for advanced analytics, joined this conversation to explore the reasons behind Ferrari’s spike in demand, citing the exclusivity of the brand as a major factor for the driving interest — especially in “luxury destination areas” where high-end boats, resorts and upscale fitness clubs are prevalent.
