Our new location captures the energy, creativity and forward momentum fueling our future \u2013 right here in the heart of Detroit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The new office space will be located on the 15th floor of the One Campus Martius building. Urban Science will complete a full build-out of the space, allowing the company to create an environment that aligns closely with its culture and the needs of its Detroit-based team. The office will accommodate the firm&#8217;s diverse ways of working while encouraging collaboration with features like a naturally lit open floor plan, team rooms, quiet spaces and individual workstations, all with an incredible view that includes Comerica Park, the Fisher Building and Wayne State University.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBedrock welcomes Urban Science to One Campus Martius in downtown Detroit,\u201d said Naumann Idrees, senior vice president, leasing, Bedrock. \u201cWith a 50-year legacy in the city built on innovation, customer service and strong corporate citizenship, Urban Science is poised to continue its positive impact on Detroit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Urban Science\u2019s commitment to Detroit reaches far beyond planting its roots in the city nearly 50 years ago. The firm has a long history of investing in its people and neighborhoods, and since 2020, it has invested more than $225,000 in Detroit-area STEM programs, most notably as a founding sponsor of the Girls in Engineering Academy. Most recently, Urban Science founder and CEO Jim Anderson and his wife, Patti, donated $50 million to Wayne State University\u2019s College of Engineering, which now bears their names. In 2014, the couple also donated $25 million to establish Wayne State\u2019s James and Patricia Anderson Engineering Ventures Institute.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur loyalty to Detroit and our local communities is rooted not just in our legacy here, but in the people and organizations we do business with, the passions we share with our team members and our deep commitment to making a lasting impact in \u2013 and around \u2013 the place we call home,\u201d said Gualdoni.<\/p>\n<p>Construction of Urban Science\u2019s office at One Campus Martius is set to begin in late fall of 2025.
