During the interview, Tom explained how Urban Science is using AI to analyze large volumes of automotive data, including daily sales data and defection insights, to help dealers understand not only where lost customers purchased instead, but also the underlying trends and behaviors influencing those decisions. He also highlighted how AI is being applied to Urban Science\u2019s certified pre-owned (CPO) transaction data to identify emerging patterns and deliver more actionable insights for dealers and automakers.<\/p>\n
