A survey conducted by global automotive retail consulting firm Urban Science reinforces the principle that in-store customer service has a large impact on loyalty to a particular brand and the likelihood customers will return to a particular dealership to purchase another vehicle. The survey of 6,200 German and UK new vehicle buyers, representing seven top vehicle brands, was conducted to determine the top reasons consumers remain loyal to a dealer and vehicle brand.
