Challenge

A leading luxury automaker was receiving little feedback about how its dealers were handling sales leads. The company wanted to provide qualified sales leads to their dealers in a cost-effective method by consolidating data from several sources into one unified system, and also determine what dealers were doing with the leads they received. In addition, the client wanted to track the relationship between dealer follow-up and customer close rates, and determine how dealers translated leads into sales.

Solution

Urban Science created a web-based Lead Tracking™ system using the Si2 platform, interfacing with 20 different sources to compile sales lead data and feed it into any of several lead-qualification systems. The system then processes data sent back from the lead qualification systems to determine the relationships between dealer follow-up and customer close rates.

Results

The client now has the ability not only to process sales leads from numerous sources into one web-based system, it also can track what dealers do with those leads and determine the relationship between dealer follow-up and close rates. The data derived from the Lead Tracking™ System is updated daily so the team always has access to relevant, timely information.
