This Privacy Policy governs the URL http://www.urbanscience.com/. Urban Science professionals control the information about you described in this document.

II. Urban Science Privacy Policy

I. Privacy

1. Information collected about you

www.urbanscience.com collects and maintains certain personal information about you when you send us email or complete any of our online forms such as the Application Form or the Contact Us Form. The personal information you provide can identify you and your business individually, and includes items such as your name and email address, job title, company name and address, phone number, and contact details of the Site administrator.

www.urbanscience.com also collects, or logs, certain other information that cannot identify you personally when you visit our Site. This information includes your Internet Protocol ("IP") address and your domain name. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer by the ISP computer through which you access the Web and a domain name is the name of the ISP computer itself through which you access the Web.

www.urbanscience.com logs these IP addresses and domain names and aggregates them for system administration and to monitor the use of our Site. We use the aggregated information to measure the number of visits to our Site, the average time spent on our Site, the number of pages viewed, and various other Site use statistics. This monitoring helps us evaluate how our Site is used and continuously improve the content we provide. While we may report aggregated IP address information to Urban Science program participants, www.urbanscience.com does not link IP addresses or domain names with any personally identifiable information, which means that a visitor's session will be logged on our servers but the visitor will always remain anonymous.

www.urbanscience.com does not purchase or otherwise obtain any supplemental personal information about you from any third parties.

2. Ways information about you is collected

When you visit our Site, certain technical information (IP address and domain name) is collected by the Site. We cannot use this technical information to identify you personally.

We also collect personal and company information that you provide to us via the Application Form and the Contact Us Form.

If you have requested Urban Science information, we may send you, via email or post, our quarterly newsletter as well as other information impacting online customer relationships that we think you might find useful. If you do not wish to receive these communications, please opt-out by using our Contact Us Form to request to be removed from our mailing list.

Cookies

Cookies are pieces of information that a web server may transfer to your computer through your web browser. When this information is stored on your computer, our system is able to recognize your browser and, in turn, customize web page content for you. We will not use any cookies to retrieve data from your hard drive or obtain sensitive information about you. If you send us email or use our Contact Us Form to send us a request, complaint, or comment relating to any Web site that displays the Urban Science Seal, we may forward your request, complaint, or comment to the appropriate Web site.

We will disclose personal information to comply with valid legal processes such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights and property. We will disclose information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.

As previously mentioned above, under certain circumstances www.urbanscience.com may share personal information you provide us, such as your email address, job title or company name and address, with other service lines within Urban Science. These service lines may contact you, via email or post, to provide you information about their services and products that you may find useful.

You will not receive any contact from third parties outside of Urban Science as a result of providing information to us, with the possible exception of contact from a Web site to which we have forwarded a request, complaint, or comment that you have sent to us.

www.urbanscience.com understands the importance of protecting children's privacy, especially in an online environment. www.urbanscience.com is not intentionally designed for or directed at children under 13 years of age. IV. SPECIAL NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

As a California resident, you have certain rights under state law that relate to the sharing of your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. Urban Science has chosen to comply with California law SB-27 in the following way:

First, individual customers who reside in California and have provided their personal information to Urban Science may request (no more than once per calendar year) information about our disclosures of certain categories of personal information to any third parties. To make such a request, please send an e-mail to californiaprivacyrights@urbanscience.com and provide us with your name, address, and e-mail address. Within thirty days of receiving such a request, Urban Science will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of such third parties.
