Richard Widgren, Vice President, Finance, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer
Richard Widgren joined Urban Science in 2001, bringing extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning.
Prior to joining Urban Science, he served as vice president, Finance, and corporate controller, Kelly Services, Inc.; corporate controller, McLouth Steel; audit manager and consultant, Ernst & Young; and assistant controller, Giffels Associates, Inc. He began his career in 1962 as an internal auditor for General Motors.
Widgren holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Detroit Mercy. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
