Randall Tallerico, Vice President, Global Account Management
Randall Tallerico leads the development and
implementation of Urban Science's client relationship management strategy in
support of the company's customer satisfaction objectives.
Tallerico spent more than 20 years honing his customer-relationship skills
with advertising agency J. Walter Thompson (JWT) and, most recently, five
years at General Motors, where he was director, advertising sales &
promotion for Buick. Prior to Buick, he headed up the advertising department
at Oldsmobile and was responsible for developing advertising and
communications plans during the brand phase-out.
His efforts have generated significant performance improvements and
increased profits from international teams cooperating across borders. While
with JWT, he lived and worked in numerous locales in Europe, Asia and North
America.
During the last 25 years, Tallerico has amassed extensive knowledge in
strategic planning leadership in both corporate and agency positions with
in-depth experience in the automotive, packaged goods, and luxury brands
categories as well as in dealer and franchised operations.
He holds a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary communications from the
University of Michigan.
He is a trustee of the Children's Home of Detroit and while in Europe was
the worldwide communications director of Republicans Abroad.
