Sandy Kuohn, Vice President, Global Human Resources
Sandy Kuohn is responsible
for recruiting and staffing, compensation, benefits, training and
certification, career development, performance management and human resource
policies.
Prior to joining Urban Science in 2001 as human resources director, she was owner of SDK Consulting from 1993-2001, where she specialized in change management, management development and employee training, primarily for automotive suppliers.
She began her career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in 1987, where she led a team of 12 information system consultants. In 1991, she joined Electro-Wire Products, Inc., Dearborn, Mich., as manager of organizational development.
Kuohn holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Michigan State University.
